How I work — close to the making.
I partner with founders and teams at the point where a product has to become legible — to customers, operators, investors, and the people who will live with it. The work is hands-on and iterative: looking closely, building quickly, then returning to the detail until the idea becomes clear enough to use, share and believe in.
